The latest issue of "de Architect" - with focus on work environments - features an article on the new laboratory building for DSM in Delft. Willem Wopereis writes: "Two Delft offices, cepezed and Fokkema & Partners, designed the new housing for 450 employees; A light, compact building with offices and technologically advanced laboratories." He continues to write on the history of the site and analyses the design challenges up to detailing of the facade.

In the closing statement DSM comments on the intensification of cooperation: "Some employees indicate that they have seen more colleagues over a few months than in previous years. Internal mail traffic and the number of formal meetings have decreased sharply, while the informal contact moments have just increased; the ultimate proof that the designers have managed to facilitate the desired synergy and collaboration."
